All prices and lead times are indicative. VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The quote sets a price and schedule for your actual scope; the tax arrangements specific to Australia and to your business are set out on it. Unless agreed otherwise, 30% is due on order and the balance by the milestones set in the quote. Invoiced in euros, with no conversion into your currency; bank and currency conversion charges incurred on your side are borne by you. On-site visits in Australia are possible, on quotation.
