Microsoft 365 and endpoint security for small businesses

Most small businesses already pay for the security features of Microsoft 365 without using them. We set them up remotely: device management with Intune, conditional access, multifactor authentication and email protection, documented so your team can keep them running.

Why start with Microsoft 365

For a small business, Microsoft 365 is often where the accounts, the email and the files live. Its business plans include tools that reduce the most common risks, such as stolen passwords and phishing, but they are not switched on in a useful way by default. Setting them up properly is usually the measure with the best effect for the effort.

What we set up

  • Device management with Microsoft Intune: enrolling Windows computers, compliance policies, updates and encryption.

  • Conditional access in Microsoft Entra ID: access granted according to the user, the device and the context, with multifactor authentication where it matters.

  • Email protection with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, when your plan includes it.

  • A documented baseline and a handover session, so your team or your managed service provider can keep the settings in place.

The detailed scope is on the Microsoft 365 and Intune service page. When computers still run Windows 10, it pairs naturally with a Windows 11 migration, both combined in the Windows Modernization package.

How the project runs

We start from your current tenant and devices, agree the target settings with you, then roll them out in stages to a pilot group before everyone else, to avoid locking people out. The project ends with the documentation and the handover; awareness training for your staff can follow.

Everything is done over secure remote access and video calls from France, in English, during the hours we share with the US East Coast. Quotes and invoices are in euros, with VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

What this does not cover

This is a project, not an ongoing service: we do not monitor your tenant, respond to incidents around the clock or guarantee that an attack cannot succeed. We make no promise of compliance with any US law or framework; if you report against one, such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, we can map the settings we put in place to it.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a new Microsoft 365 plan?

Not always. We start from the plan you have and tell you what it already includes; a change of plan is only suggested when a feature you need is missing from it.

Will our staff be locked out during the rollout?

The settings are rolled out in stages, starting with a pilot group, precisely to catch problems before they reach everyone.

Can you watch over our tenant after the project?

No. We do not provide monitoring or incident response. We leave a documented baseline that your team or your managed service provider can maintain.
