Frequently asked questions
All the answers in one place
The questions we are asked most often about working with us from outside France, our services and our packages. Each service page has its own detailed questions.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with organisations outside France?
Yes. The whole catalogue is available to businesses and organisations outside France, delivered remotely. An on-site visit remains possible on quote, as in France. The only thing we do not offer, in France or elsewhere, is ongoing commitment: day-to-day administration or monitoring of your estate, on-call duty or guaranteed restoration times.
Do you work remotely or only on site?
Most assignments (audits, virtualisation, advisory, Microsoft 365) are carried out remotely. An on-site visit remains possible on quote, depending on the nature of the need and the location.
Can you work around our time zone?
Yes. We are based in France and adapt to your schedule: meetings and intervention windows are agreed with you in advance, at times that suit your team. If no slot in the booking calendar suits you, email us and we will find a time together.
In which language do you work?
In English or French: calls, reports and documentation are provided in the language agreed at the start of the assignment.
How do you invoice clients outside France?
In euros, by bank transfer. VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code); tax arrangements specific to your country and status, such as reverse charge within the EU, are specified on the quote. Outside France we work with professional clients only.
What is the typical lead time?
It depends on the request: an audit or assessment can be scheduled quickly, while a migration or a larger project needs prior scoping. A precise lead time is given after analysis.
How does the first conversation work?
You describe your environment and your need; we get back to you with a first answer and, if needed, a tailored proposal, with no commitment.
Do your audits change anything in our environment?
No. The Active Directory audit and the IT audit are read-only: nothing is changed during the audit, and neither is a penetration test. Any remediation is quoted after the findings and only starts once you have approved it in writing.
Do you guarantee compliance or the absence of incidents?
No. Our services are an obligation of means: they identify, prioritise and implement within an agreed scope, in line with the state of the art. They can contribute to an ISO 27001, NIS2 or GDPR programme, but they are neither a certification nor a guarantee of compliance or of the absence of future incidents.
Do you resell hardware or licences?
No. We identify and recommend, but you remain free to choose your supplier and financing. Licences (Microsoft, Parallels, cloud and others) are not included unless explicitly stated on the quote.
Does a Windows 11 migration happen during working hours?
Yes, as a rule. Unlike server cutovers, which need night or weekend windows, workstation migration is planned in batches during office hours, with minimal disruption for each user and a systematic backup before any work.
Is the Microsoft 365 and Intune review service a 24/7 service?
No. There is no 24/7 support and no on-call duty. The optional periodic reviews take place at agreed times, within the agreed scope, and stop on simple request.
Can we start with the audit only in the Windows Modernisation package?
Yes. The compatibility audit is available on its own, with no commitment to the migration. The migration and the Microsoft 365 and Intune set-up can follow if you wish.
What happens after the Security Audit package findings meeting?
You have a prioritised report and, if needed, a detailed remediation quote. That step is optional, separate from the audit and sized on the points actually found.
