Windows 10 has had no standard security updates since October 2025
Unless enrolled in an extension programme such as Extended Security Updates (ESU), every device still on Windows 10 now runs without standard security updates. Nothing breaks on the day itself: vulnerabilities simply pile up, month after month, until one of them is exploited.
Hardware compatibility audit (TPM 2.0, processor, RAM) of your existing estate.
Migration to Windows 11: in-place upgrade or clean installation depending on the state of each device.
Backup and restoration of user profiles, data and applications.
Renewal recommendations for incompatible devices (we do not resell hardware).
Who is it for?
Small and medium-sized businesses still on Windows 10, with or without an accurate inventory of their estate.
Organisations of 5 to 50 workstations that want a planned migration rather than a complete replacement.
Businesses that want to secure their estate before extended security updates end altogether.
Pricing by number of workstations
The price depends on the number of workstations to migrate, on a sliding scale. The starting price shown above covers 1 to 10 workstations. Estates of 11 to 25 and 26 to 50 workstations are priced in higher tiers; beyond 50, the price is on request. The compatibility audit is also available on its own, without the migration.
On the largest estates (26 workstations and more), deployment relies on a master image built for your hardware: that is what reduces the time per device and keeps the sliding scale sustainable at volume.
How it works
Audit: estate inventory and Windows 11 compatibility check, device by device.
Planning: device priorities, migration slots during business hours, backup plan.
Backup: systematic backup of data and profiles before any work, a mandatory step agreed with you.
Migration: upgrade or reinstallation, profiles restored, applications checked or reinstalled within the agreed scope.
Validation: tests based on the uses and applications in scope, and a migration report per device.
For organisations outside France, the audit and most of the migration are carried out remotely, on devices reachable through remote management. Slots follow your local business hours. Where a device has to be reinstalled on site, or for a large estate, an on-site visit is possible on quote.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if we do not migrate? Your devices keep working but no longer receive security updates (except through Microsoft's paid, time-limited ESU programme). Exposure to vulnerabilities grows over time.
Are all our devices compatible with Windows 11? Not necessarily: Windows 11 requires a TPM 2.0 security chip and a supported processor. The compatibility audit identifies exactly which devices can migrate directly and which need replacing.
Does the migration happen during working hours? Yes, as a rule. Unlike server cutovers, which need night or weekend windows, workstation migration is planned in batches during office hours, with minimal disruption for each user.
Could we lose data during the migration? A systematic backup before any work is a mandatory step of the process, agreed with you. It is the best protection against that risk, even though the risk can never be brought strictly to zero.
Do you handle the renewal of incompatible hardware? We identify and recommend, but we do not resell hardware: you remain free to choose your supplier and your financing (purchase or leasing).
Can we start with the audit only? Yes. The compatibility audit is available on its own, with no commitment to the migration. It gives you a clear view of your estate before you decide.
What does the 14-day post-delivery support cover? Questions and minor adjustments related to the migrated devices. It does not cover recurring user support, troubleshooting business software outside the agreed scope, hardware renewal, licence purchases, a guarantee that every application is compatible, day-to-day management of the estate after migration, or incidents unrelated to the migration. ESU or Microsoft support is only included if planned and priced separately.
